Transparency

We produce high-quality professional clothing made responsibly in our own atelier based in Portugal and offer full traceability and transparency on our production processes..

Step 1: Composition

Each piece of workwear is crafted using 100% GOTS-certified cotton, weighing 200 grams. This certification ensures the material is organically produced and adheres to stringent environmental and social criteria, reflecting our commitment to sustainability right from the raw materials used.

Step 2: Certification

Our garments come with certifications such as the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and other eco-labels, ensuring that every product meets high standards of sustainability and ethical production. These certifications verify that the entire production process—from harvesting the raw materials to manufacturing and labeling—complies with organic and responsible practices.

Step 3: Product Timeline - Washing

The cotton used in our garments undergoes an initial washing process to ensure cleanliness and quality. This step is carried out under strict environmental standards, using methods that minimize water consumption and avoid harmful chemicals.

Step 4: Product Timeline - Dyeing

Next, the fabric is dyed in facilities that employ eco-friendly dyeing techniques. These processes use non-toxic dyes and optimize water usage, reducing the overall environmental footprint of the clothing.

Step 5: Product Timeline - Cutting

Once dyed, the fabric is precisely cut into patterns, maximizing material use and minimizing waste. This step ensures that each piece of fabric contributes efficiently to the final product, supporting our zero-waste objectives.

Step 6: Product Timeline - Assembly

The cut fabric pieces are then assembled by skilled workers in a facility committed to ethical labor practices. This process involves stitching and constructing the garment to ensure durability and comfort while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Step 7: Product Timeline - Embroidery

Any logos or designs are embroidered onto the garments using sustainable threads and efficient machines. This step adds the final personalized touch to the product while adhering to eco-friendly practices.

Step 8: Product Timeline - Finishing

Finally, each garment undergoes a finishing process that includes quality checks and packaging, ready to be shipped. The finishing phase ensures that the product meets our high standards of durability and appearance before reaching the customer.

Step 9: Recycling Instructions

Every garment comes with clear recycling instructions, encouraging customers to return the items to designated collection points once they reach the end of their life. Made from bio-renewable materials, these garments can be endlessly recycled, contributing to a circular economy.

Additional Step: Social Media Engagement

We encourage customers to share their commitment to sustainability on social media by showcasing the product’s journey. This not only enhances transparency but also builds awareness and social proof of responsible business practices.
